MEXICAN TAMALE MAKING WORKSHOP

Learn how to make tamales from scratch in this 2–day workshop. The first day we’ll prepare the chicken filling. The second day we’ll make the masa, stuff it with filling, wrap in banana leaves and steam them. Then we’ll enjoy a Cinco de Mayo lunch together. Culinary Committee Event.
