FOURTH OF JULY PARADE

Join SWC in the 4th of July Parade!

The Sausalito Woman’s Club is excited to participate in this year’s 4th of July Parade, and we hope many of our members will join us!

Our float theme is inspired by this year’s Jinks spirit of travel and adventure, with the tagline:

“From Around the World… Back to Sausalito”

Members are invited to walk alongside the float, ride in the truck as space allows, or do a little of both. Parade attire can be travel-themed, international-inspired, or simply red, white, and blue. Berets, gondola-inspired looks, vacation attire, flags, and festive accessories are all welcome!

We’ll have candy and dog treats to give away, globe beach balls to engage the crowd, and a pre-recording of our very own Sausalito song playing along the route. When we reach the judges’ area, Laurie and Ronnie will sing live, and we’ll all join in for the chorus — don’t worry, it’s an easy one!

We’ll also be decorating the truck on July 3, and anyone who would like to join is welcome.

Please RSVP and let us know if you plan to participate, and whether you would like to walk, ride, or do a combination of both. Final meet-up time, staging details, and parade-day instructions will be shared once confirmed.
