MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR SCHEDULED PROGRAM

Things happen and programs sometimes change the closer you get to the “big day”. If you have a change to your program details, need to cancel the event, or notice an error in communication text, you need to alert the SWC Programs filling out this form:

Typical reasons for making a change include:

  •       Changing your event date
  •       Changing your event time
  •       Canceling your event
  •       Adding or changing an image associated with your event
  •       Adding or changing your event description
  •       Changing your RSVP date or number of attendees
  •       Making a change to your submitted Floor Plan setup
  •       Other reasons not listed above

We will then alert those who are impacted by the change:

  • SWC Club Calendar
  • SWC Website
  • SWC Newsletter and enews

In order to assure everyone involved has the time needed to make changes, Change Requests should be submitted no later than three (3) weeks before your event.
