Legacy Society: Write the Next Chapter

Charitable gifts are essential to the preservation of our treasured and historic Julia Morgan clubhouse and grounds. By making a planned gift to SWCPS you become a member of the Legacy Society.

Ways of Giving

Planned Giving: A planned gift can be remembering the SWC Preservation Society in your Will. There are also Trusts, and Gifts of Life Insurance, retirement plan assets or property. Each vehicle has specific advantages that are tailored to the donors needs.

Charitable bequests: These designated gifts of cash, securities, real estate or other tangible assets can be made specific through an arrangement that passes to the SWCPS.

IRA or 401 K Designation: A designation in your retirement plan that names the SWC Preservation Society as a beneficiary of all or a percentage of the plan.

Life Insurance Designation:  A beneficiary designation that adds the SWC Preservation Society to an existing life-insurance policy.

Named Fund: A fully deductible gift that pays income to the SWCPS in perpetuity and carries your name or the name of a loved one.

Always use qualified legal and tax counsel when preparing or revising your estate plan.
