Just in time for CINCO DE MAYO; learn how to make Tamales! We will be making RED CHILI PORK TAMALES in corn husks with recipes for the filling and masa. Everyone will have hands-on fun and take a few home; then we will dine on already made tamales, coleslaw (from our SWC cookbook) and cerveza. Limited to 15.
